Any group is welcome to raise funds with Flags for Fundraising’s American Flag Fundraiser! In our past years, we have previously found great success with groups such as Rotary Clubs, Kiwanis, VFW, Boy and Girl Scouts, volunteer charity organizations, sports programs, school bands, Fraternity of Eagles, Moose and Elk Lodges, etc.

1. determine your fundraising goal before beginning your campaign
2. determine total profit goal and make adjustments accordingly throughout the campaign
3. determine upfront costs and verify that funds are available
4. identify the leader(s) of your Fundraising with Flags initiative
   1.  leader should be available throughout duration of the entire fundraiser
   2. leader should possess great communication and organizational skills

It is of utmost importance to organize a Planning Committee consisting of:

1. Chairperson
2. selling team (corporate and individual)
3. budget and fund collections team
4. flagpole installation and dismantling team
5. promotional/advertising/social media team
6. event committee (if needed)

1. create your account early in the planning process
2. order your Demo kit to familiarize yourself with the flagpole set
3. give yourself ample time to take these preliminary steps before launching your fundraiser

1. Flagpole display event- Set up a field or create a pathway for honor events
2. Flagpole subscription/rental- flags can be placed at a residence, business, or yard
3. One-time purchase Program- sell the flag sets to consumer

2. offers you an additional revenue stream.  Be sure to set a timely deadline if offering HONOR MEDALLIONS; allowing us 7-10 days minimally before your event to get tags produced and shipped

Secure a viable location that will be able to accommodate the number of flags you expect to display. We recommend flags be set 5’ apart (minimally). Find an area location with space will allow your program to grown.
